Refund Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Listing Pack ($5)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used 10 or fewer of the 50 credits.

Pro subscription ($15/month)

Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied with your first month, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded after they are charged, except where required by law.

How to request

Email support@draftlister.com from the address used at checkout and include your license key or receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase is deactivated: remaining Listing Pack credits are removed, and for Pro the subscription is cancelled and access ends.

Cancellation and disputes

Cancel Pro anytime on our Manage subscription page (enter your license key to open Stripe's secure billing portal) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute.
