Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DraftLister is operated by Arcstone Power Supply LLC ("we", "us"), a California limited liability company, 108 Carmine, Irvine, CA 92618. Contact: support@draftlister.com.

2. The service

DraftLister generates draft text for resale marketplace listings from photos and notes you provide. We do not post, submit or manage listings on any marketplace on your behalf.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all generated text before you use it, and for complying with each marketplace's rules and applicable law. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or listings for prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items.

4. AI output

Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. Price suggestions are rough estimates, not appraisals. We do not guarantee sales, prices or marketplace acceptance.

5. Accounts, credits and subscriptions

Free use is limited to 5 listings per device. Listing Packs are one-time purchases of credits that do not expire while the service operates. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Pro includes up to 500 listings per calendar month (UTC); the allowance resets on the 1st and unused listings do not carry over. Access is tied to your license key: keep it private. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, its license key is deactivated.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

7. Acceptable use

No automated scraping of the service, reselling access, attempting to bypass usage limits, or uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. (Note: this clause is pending legal review.)
